How do you activate a prepaid Sprint PCS Ready mobile phone?

I just bought a prepaid sprint pcs ready mobile phone yesterday at a store. I cannot seem to activate it. I have called the number given on the instruction card, and I followed the steps that the machine gave me when I called, but after following so many steps, the costumer service line hung up on me! I have tried this about 8 times, and every time, it has done the same thing over and over again. Has anyone been through this before? How can I activate my phone? PLEASE HELP!

I have been through this before and am sorry about that. Sprint has a bad reputation for dealing with people. Since you already paid for the phone unless you can get the money back I would just go to a sprint store. They treat people much better there. Some people just don’t want to act right.
